So here you have it, my prime-time list of beauties who have earned the coveted MSA (Marc Stylez Award) for trendsetters of "09". They came in the forms of models, actresses, singers, entertainers, and some just made it because they're cute as a button (Hey Zoe). If you don't know, I love simple and the only over the top Diva to make my list was GAGA and lets face it, after that McQueen number she served in the "Bad Romance" video she should make everyone's list. I love a Luxe, retro, simple kind of girl. These girls achieved their desired looks and made it look effortless. Glam to the 25th power.
