This Is Sooo Fitch...

VERA WANG

Though FW 2010-2011 was very lackluster, there were a couple collections that really got my mojo going. Vera Wang's was definitely one of them. Achromatic, with plenty of shape and texture, not to mention styled to a "T", this collection was a fashionable Upper Eastside woman's dream. Whether an adolescent in need of a funky cocktail dress, or Working wowan 24-45 with an impeccable taste for the finer things, This collection had a little something for everyone. I loved the hair, the make-up, the accessories, the shoes and most importantly the clothes. If you don't know by now, I relate most things I love in fashion to Gossip Girl. What can I say, the wardrobe stylist is doing a FANTASTIC job. And if this person knows like I know, They would be trying to find ways to incorperate these pieces into the mix. Vera You really did a wonderful job.

Fashion Imitating Art... John Galliano

Here is a oldie, but a goodie. It's John Galliano's 2003 pret-a-Porter (Ready-to-Wear in french) collection. This collection, which may highlight three pieces that are actually wearable, has to be one of my favorite fashion shows of all time. This show is one of the reasons I enjoy the industry so much. This show wasn't just about fashion, but it was about the art. But I wont ramble on and on. Enjoy the show. YOU HAVE TO WATCH TILL THE END. IT JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER.

Wasn't that magical. I know fashion is also about the dollars, and I don't know how much money he made from this collection, but it was visually stimulating. #Orgasm

INTRODUCING:
ZOEY GROSSMAN

I have a thing for the pretty bad girl. Must be why I love Serena Van Der Woodsen (Blake Lively) and Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) from Gossip Girls. Zoey Grossman, todays celebrated Artist/Photographer, definitely knows how to capture the very essence of feminine sexuality. By exploring aggression In her film and adding a little intimacy and sensuality, she produces photos that are full of surrealism and whimsy.

In the name of fabulous art and sex, let the church say AMEN!

Sneaker Patrol...

GIVENCHY
Tokyo by JIMMY CHOO

Taka Hayashi for VANS

SOLANO BY CREATIVE RECREATION

Killers By FOREX

Like promised I'm back with another hoootttt update. This time its for the fellas. Being as though you guys know I'm very bias when it comes to sneakers, it should be no surprise that all of them are high-tops. On my short list there are two that I highly recommend among the rest. The first pair are the Tokyo sneakers by Jimmy Choo. These sneakers are apart of the brands first sneaker collection and I have to say, though plain, these sneakers make me happy. I love the simple things. The second pair which surpass the rest are the Killers by FOREX. The Italian brand produced a pair of sneakers that satisfies any foot's A.D.H.D. These shoes are layered with enough textiles and studs to bring attention to the dullest of outfits.

This "Sneaker Patrol" was brought to by the Style Jerk, "When all else fails, don't be a JERK"
